Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel.

Powder Coating Over Bare Steel.

Steel poles are cleaned by sand blasting in accordance with SSPC-SP6 prior to Powder Coating application.
Base coat (prime coat) applied with a minimum coating of 3 mils.
Top coat (finish coat) applied to a thickness of 3 to 5 mils.

Powder Coating Over Galvanized Steel.

Galvanized Steel poles are brush blasted in accordance with SSPC-SP7 and then pre-baked at 260 deg. Celsius to prevent out gassing during the Powder Coating process. Top coat (finish coat) applied to a thickness of 3 to 5 mils.

Standard available powder coating colours are Black, Bronze and White.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. Proper care and maintenance should include initial inspections and subsequent yearly inspections for structural damage, including impact damage, weld failure, missing or loose bolts and nuts, coating damage or excessive corrosion.

Warranty

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Spina’s Steel Workers Co. Ltd. warrants all goods to be free from defects, in materials and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. Upon receipt of proper notification of defect, Spina’s Steel Workers will endeavour to repair or replace defective materials, at our option. Charges for unauthorized repairs, performed by others, will not be honoured
